As an Equine Science and Performance Specialist, Head 2 Hoof Sync believes in going above providing just a therapeutic service by ensuring our clients understand exactly what is happening in their horse's entire body, how to address any issues directly and to create a completely unrestricted horse to perform at their top potential.

We provide a unique service based on a scientific approach of how pain, discomfort and strain in different areas of the horse's body affect specific muscle groups. This allows for a more accurate assessment of what has caused your horse's muscle tightness as well as the issues which they may be experiencing in their gait, well-being or performance. We also believe in working closely with the top professionals in each field to achieve the best results once the issue has been pinpointed.

In our sessions, we aim to not only solve the symptoms (sore muscles) but also find the source of the problems to avoid the muscle issues re-occurring in the future. This results in a longer lasting, complete result and generally happier horse both physically and mentally.

Mobilising the Arthritic Horse

This video shows how Bowen & Trigger Point Therapy can achieve major relief in arthritic horses in only a few days. This is due to Bowen working with the fascia of the body, so release and lubrication is not only achieved in the muscles, but also on the tendons and ligaments which are placing strain on the pathological joint, as well as aiding in lubricating the joint itself. This video was made to follow the progress of a client's horse who's quality of life was quickly degrading from existing arthritis and ringbone which had been severely aggravated as the cold of Autumn started to set in. She had begun fearing the worst for her old girl and asked for my help.
